The house is located near to the old and fashionable town of Canelli surrounded with green hills and old vineyards. Canelli is famous for its well known underground wine cathedrals where sparkling sweet Spumante wine have been stored for century’s and it is to day one of those places that you will find on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Why not start your day with a cappuccino and a warm croissant in one of the best nearby bars following how the beautiful town slowly starts to wake up.
Canelli is located in between Turin and Genua and you will have a 1,5 h drive to each airport. Nearby characteristic city’s is Asti, Alba and Acqui Terme well known for there sweet and sparkling Asti wine, truffles and beautiful Spa Resorts.
When entering the house you will notice a lot of light welcoming you from an open saloon and a living room. You will also find 3 bedrooms, huge storage room and two private located bathrooms all surrounded by a huge terras perfect for sun bathing. From here you can chose from either go up lying in the sofa reading a nice book in front of the fire place or just go down and take a swim in the outside pool.
If you decide to go up you will find the main kitchen attached to a dining room with space for a large table, three more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living room with a stunning balcony. If you decide to go down you will find a huge guest room suitable fore more than two beds, a second kitchen, bathrooms and place for laundry. There is also a cellar containing all technical parts for the house and a second entree that will bring you out to the garden.
