The Quinta also has 4 urban properties with emphasis on the dwelling house, because its location overlooks the Torto River. – DWELLING HOUSES
The houses, already equipped with 3 independent bedrooms, bathrooms and a common kitchen, have a privileged view of the Torto River, which reinforces the possibility of the installation and exploitation of rural tourism, wine tourism or agro-tourism. These dwellings are arranged as follows:
• In the upper part, an apartment 40m2 divided into 2 bedrooms (15m2 – prepared for kitchenette corner – and 12.5m2) and a house of
bath of 5m2. All accessible from the same hallway;
• At the bottom, at the same level as the kitchen
common is a bedroom with 50m2 with a bathroom of 5.75m2;
• The common kitchen, also equipped with oven and wood stove, has an area of 46m2 WAREHOUSE of 149m2, located at the entrance of the Quinta.

The vineyard was planted between 1999 and 2004, on levels of two bards, being all wire and conducted in Royat cordon (unilateral).

Tinta Roriz: 3,1730 ha – 26 %
Touriga Franca: 1,6600 ha – 14 %
Red Dog: 0,7425 ha – 5,5 %
Yellow Paint: 0,2880 ha – 2,5 %
Sousão: 0,2880 ha – 2,5 %
