There are approximately 6 hectares. It has a 2-bedroom house, a kitchen-dining room, a living room of approximately 150 m2, and a shed of approximately 120 m2. It has plantations of vineyards, peaches, plums, apricots, cherries, Olive trees. There is the possibility of selling the farms together with a tractor and farming tools. This farm also has a packing shed that has been operating for years since it sells fruit in different markets in Buenos Aires. General Alvear offers a fascinating tour of history, science, and art, with its 6 museums that can currently be visited, which will soon be expanded to 8 with the opening of the Museum of the History of the City and Natural History "Salvador Calafat" and the Museum of Sport.
The Antonio Lafalla Theater Cinema was restored and reopened in July 2018. Its cinema room has 122 seats, equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video system, it offers national artistic numbers to be enjoyed by tourists and neighbors throughout the year.
