This amazing newly refurbished apartment has a total area of 80 m2, it is very elegant and bright, and has space for up to 4 guests. It consists of two very comfortable bedrooms: one double and the other one with two single beds. This last room also has access to a small and cozy balcony.The rest of the apartment has a nice living-dining room where you will find a comfortable sofa, table and chairs for all guests, smart TV, wifi and AC throughout the apartment. Moreover, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, from the living room, you can access a nice balcony overlooking a semi-pedestrian street, so you will be in a very quiet and central location. Finally, the apartment has a bathroom with shower.Utilities are included up to 175 eur / month. Any exceeding amount will be paid directly to the landlord.- From 20:00 - 22:00 h. it is possible to check in with an additional cost of 25 euros and from 22:00 - 00:00 h with an additional cost of 65 euros, this will only be possible upon request.- Late check out it is possible upon availability and it has a cost of 15 euros per hour.- It is necessary to fill out and sign a form and the house rules, also, you will be asked for a photo of your passport or valid ID.- No parties are allowed, in the case of a neighbor complaining or proving one, it will be taken from the deposit and in case of damages, the cost of repairing/replacing them will be requested.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
