Its small, leafy garden, overlooking the fields, includes a long porch, a small swimming pool and a barbecue area.
Situated at the end of a small village, the house was built in 2001 only as a holiday home, and is very well maintained. Privacy is ensured by a wall that surrounds the entire perimeter. From the street, we cross a small lawn with a magnolia tree to the colorful entrance hall.

On the right, 2 bedrooms, one of them with French windows to the terrace, and 1 shared bathroom with bathtub.
In the center, we enter a lounge and find a fireplace, a space for a wine cellar, a large mezzanine that supports the living room on the 1st floor and the access staircase to it. From the lounge, two bay windows lead to the porch.
At the top of the stairs, there is a living room/office with French windows to a small balcony on the garden side, from here we have a privileged view over the surrounding fields. In this area there is also a storage room and a large suite with a bathtub.
A porch runs along the back of the house, overlooking the south facing garden. This one is covered with large horn stones on the floor and wood on the ceiling. At one end of the terrace is a beautiful barbecue. The gravel garden is arranged with a variety of plants and trees: magnolias, linden, horse chestnut, fig, cherry, pear tree, lemon tree, camellia trees, dwarf pomegranate, peony, rose bushes, holly, etc.... It has automatic irrigation and paths that lead to a beautiful old water tank, used as a swimming pool. All of this makes for a very relaxing outdoor space, made for enjoying the scenery while staying cool.
All interior doors and shutters, as well as wardrobes (built into the walls), staircase and mezzanine are in solid oak. The ground floor, with the exception of the bedrooms, which have parquet floors (as does the 1st floor), is covered with tiles. The windows are PVC with double glazing. Heating is carried out by fluid oil heaters and fireplaces. The house is connected to the local water and electricity networks.
