The villa has been restored in the exteriors, the entire facades are new, and the roof which has been totally rebuilt, together with the turret and panoramic roof terrace, completely renovated.
A gate form the main road is the access to the exclusive property, which welcomes you through a short private road going right in front of the villa where an amazing original stairs leads to the front door.
The villa is about 540 sqm on 2 floors. All the interiors have frescoed ceilings, which have been covered with paint but it can be easily taken off.
